Die Qualität unserer Speisen und Getränke liegt uns besonders am Herzen. Beim Tee sind wir extrem pingelig :-)
Wir sind der festen Überzeugung, dass Tee immer in einer ausreichenden Menge Wasser schwimmen muss. Bei uns sind es 600 ml. Da bei uns genau abgewogen wird, die Menge des Wassers immer die gleiche ist und wir exakt auf die Ziehzeiten achten, schmeckt der Tee bei uns immer gleich. Das soll auch so sein.
Den Tee „nur“ in einer Tasse zu servieren, geht also nicht, und Tee im Latte Glas oder Becher kommt für uns nicht in Frage. Darum haben wir uns auf die Kanne festgelegt.
Bei uns ist der Tee immer für eine Person vorgesehen. Das hat auch kalkulatorische Gründe. Alle Tees sind Ganzblatt Tees und sehr hochwertig. Doch gibt es auch besondere Ausnahmen, die extrem teuer im Einkauf sind. Wir haben uns entschieden, alle Tees zum gleichen Preis anzubieten und so eine Mischkalkulation zu erhalten. Für Sie als Gast ist das einfacher.
Damit die Kalkulation jedoch stimmt, ist die erste Kanne Tee auch wirklich nur für eine Person, also nicht teilbar. Wenn die Kanne bei der Erstbestellung doch geteilt werden soll, berechnen wir ein Extra Gedeck.
